Chong is so amazing! I went to visit him one week ago with horrible neck and shoulder pain that I’d had for a month and been to numerous osteos and physios and couldn’t get any relief. After one treatment I noticed a significant difference and felt like my pain was almost completely gone. He is very thorough and I love that he treats with dry needles, couldn’t recommend enough!read more

I have been treated at Preeminent Physio for a couple of ailments - shoulder and recurrent sports-related calf injuries, and I cannot speak highly enough about how I have been looked after.
As well as having a good bedside manner, Chong is clearly an expert - he takes a (literal) hands-on approach to finding and diagnosing issues, and uses a variety of techniques (massage, dry needling, exercises) to treat the problems.

I've been seeing both Chong and Nino for different needs since my motorbike accident last year. Chong is very acknowledgeable and professional. Nino is a very experienced Physio. Also, the reception ladies are very friendly too.

Today I had my last visit with Chong, he has been treating me for calcification of my right shoulder using dry needle therapy, massage and exercise.

I'm nine months pregnant and a few weeks ago I hurt my lower back pretty badly. I walked around in a lot of pain, was taking pain medication yet could hardly step up onto a shallow step without wincing with pain. I went to a physio in Preston who told me that nothing could be done. Then I went to Chong at Preeminent Physio. He was incredible. He worked thoroughly on my lower back over three appointments. I'm now walking with only a small amount of discomfort and have stopped taking pain medication. I attribute this amazing turn around to Chong's hard work. He's a great guy too. I had not tried dry needling before, and was a little hesitent, but the results were remarkable! My back pain was alleviated the next day after each visit.
